Counseling Services

Our Process

Talk therapy can be a beneficial process in which you may develop a clearer understanding of yourself, values, and goals. Our counseling approach uses strength based interventions that are best suited for each individual person.  We believe people are the experts in their own lives, responsible for their behaviors, and are responding to circumstances beyond their control.

The counseling relationship assists people in exploring and incorporating coping strategies for difficult life issues.

We’re dedicated to providing not just the tools for healing, but the compassionate support that makes all the difference. We’re here to meet you where you are, with empathy and care every step of the way.

You deserve therapy with a heart

Intern Program

Our office strives to further the counseling profession and provide opportunities to Master and Doctoral level interns to obtain their clinical experience and quality support and supervision. Interns offer many options for services including: individual, couples, and group sessions. Co-therapy, with an intern and licensed counselor can also provide emerging therapists and clients with two perspectives in the therapeutic process.

Interns are in graduate level programs and are typically with us for 1-2 semesters (6 months-1 year). Liz Daniels, MA. LPCC and Andres Duran, MA. LPCC are licensed professional counselors, who provide individual and group supervision for interns.
