​Through supervision including: advising, instructing, supporting, sharing, consulting, modeling, monitoring, and evaluation we want interns to focus on development of 

• counseling skills
• case conceptualization
• emotional awareness
• professional roles and relationships 
• integrating your theory and self-evaluation. 

Our team thrives through collaborative work and everyone in the office will provide opportunities for engaging in co-therapy (shadowing), consultation, and offer suggestions regarding therapy modalities/interventions.
