Full Bio

I am passionate about connecting and uplifting people through adversity. I have experience working with young women to promote positive body image as well as young people with disabilities through confidence and empowerment. I educated young children with autism in ABA therapy to build socialization, emotional regulation, communication skills, and play.  Previously, I offered CCSS services to support low-income NM therapy clients in overcoming barriers and achieving goals to improve daily living through strengths based approach.

I approach counseling with a balance of warmth, empathy, and person centered care through a lens of acceptance and non-judgment. The clients’ journey is explored through security, acts of self-kindness, personal care and a sense of belonging in our real world experiences.

I grew up in New Mexico and recently moved to the Pacific Northwest for love while enjoying the fresh air and plant life. To relax, I have been working on my green thumb while baking pastries, bread, and tortillas. I’m in love with sweet, adorable animals that remind me to breathe and be a little silly. I’ve been called an old soul, yet young at heart. The smell of lavender and roasting chiles reminds me of home and old memories.
