About Devon
(she/her)

Picture
Therapy is a profound opportunity to reclaim your sense of wholeness and deepen your self-understanding. I believe that true healing happens when we explore life's challenges together in a safe, compassionate, and unhurried space.

Full Bio

As someone who has been in therapy for much of my life, I know firsthand the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. I believe the best therapists are those who have experienced healing themselves. For me, the growth and well-being I've gained through therapy have been some of the greatest joys of my life, and I am deeply honored to create that same healing space for others. I earned my Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.

I’ve been a dedicated meditation practitioner for over 25 years and a mindfulness meditation teacher for 15. The presence, compassion, and groundedness that come from these practices are an integral part of how I support my clients. I offer a balance of spaciousness and guidance—holding space for clients to connect to their own wisdom, while also providing tools and strategies when needed.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of feeling truly heard and seen.

One of my favorite places on Earth is the Peñasco Valley, where I find peace and inspiration
